Position Summary
The Manager – High Voltage System Operations & Maintenance is responsible for ensuring
the safe, reliable, and productive operation of the plant's high-voltage electrical infrastructure.
This role oversees 230 KV substations, power distribution systems, transformers,
switchgear, protection systems, and utility interfaces to ensure uninterrupted power supply
supporting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
• Manage the operation and maintenance of HV electrical systems, including
• substations, transformers, switchgear, and distribution networks.




• Ensure 24x7 reliability and availability of the electrical power distribution system.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• programs.
• Monitor electrical system performance, load distribution, and power quality.
• Lead troubleshooting and restoration efforts during power disturbances and
• equipment failures.
• Establish emergency response procedures for electrical system outages.

Reliability & Asset Management
• Conduct equipment condition assessments and reliability analyses.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical failures and implement corrective
• actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and critical equipment replacement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve system reliability and reduce
• downtime.
