Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full time, on-site position based at Of10 in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day workspace operations, including managing facility readiness, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring smooth functioning of utilities and technology. The Operations Executive will handle member onboarding, address member queries, maintain operational documentation,
and support scheduling of events or community activities within the space. The role involves monitoring operational processes, implementing improvements, managing inventory and procurement for office supplies, and supporting basic finance and billing tasks as needed. The Operations Executive will collaborate with the leadership and community teams to maintain high service standards and a welcoming environment for all members.
Qualifications
• Strong operations and facilities management skills, including vendor coordination, inventory management, and process implementation.
• Customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with members, partners, and internal teams.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills, including documentation, scheduling, and data tracking.
