Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present LIAXON Consulting’s services to decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, coordinating client meetings and presentations, and following up on leads to close deals.



The role also involves collaborating with consulting and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking sales performance, and contributing to business growth strategies.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
• Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess strategic and analytical skills, such as market research, opportunity analysis, and planning for revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess organizational and collaboration skills, including pipeline management, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Relevant experience in consulting, IT services, or professional training businesses is beneficial.
