Key Responsibilities
Internal Projects & Infrastructure
• Lead company efforts to obtain and maintain SOC2 compliance.
• Plan and execute internal IT initiatives, such as system migrations,



implementations and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with People Ops teams to enforce company-wide IT security policies and lead data security training and compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships with hardware suppliers and enterprise software vendors.

Employee Technical Support & Operations
• Provide technical support for team members (US & India), resolving issues across different platforms and applications.
• Define and maintain IT ticket resolution, maintaining high internal customer satisfaction.
• Administer identity, access management, and single sign-on systems across all company software (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace, Slack).

Hardware, Software & Onboarding Management
• Manage the full IT lifecycle for hardware (procurement, configuration, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning) across organization.
• Execute automated and frictionless IT onboarding/offboarding work
