Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead school acquisition and business development initiatives in Chennai.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective schools, building relationships with school management and key decision-makers, generating business opportunities, conducting meetings and presentations, and converting qualified leads into successful partnerships.




Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities across schools and educational institutions in Chennai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with School Principals, Directors, Management, Academic Heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct school visits, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand the school's requirements and propose suitable career counselling and student development solutions.
• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, events, school visits, and other channels.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective schools.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships within approved business guidelines.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely movement of leads through the sal
