Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Vijayawada District for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical & Functional Trainers. The trainers will design and deliver structured training programs on Business Central modules,



covering both functional workflows and technical configuration. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, labs, and documentation; conducting classroom and one-on-one training sessions; and guiding learners through real-world business scenarios. The role involves assessing participant skill levels, providing feedback, and tailoring content for different roles such as consultants, administrators, and end users. Trainers will collaborate with consulting and solution architecture teams to ensure training aligns with best practices, current project needs, and evolving Microsoft ecosystem capabilities.
