About the role:
We are looking for a GTM Intern who wants practical exposure to how B2B go-to-market works. The role will cover sales prospecting, outbound, content, CRM, AI tools, reporting, and GTM experimentation. You will start with structured guidance and clear tasks. As you become comfortable with the work, you will gradually take more responsibility for campaigns, research, content, data, and GTM activities. The internship is designed to give you exposure to international markets and help you understand how research, sales, marketing, content, data, and AI come together in a real GTM process.

What you’ll do:
• Research target companies, decision-makers, industries, and markets across Europe and the US.
• Build and improve prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and similar platforms.
• Research buying signals and understand why a company might be worth approaching now.
• Find, enrich, verify, and organize prospect information before outreach.
• Help create personalized LinkedIn and email outreach.




• Manage replies and follow-up sequences, and help move interested prospects toward meetings.
• Learn how ICPs, lead scoring, prioritization, and outbound campaigns are built.
• Support LinkedIn posts, outreach content, case studies, one-pagers, and other GTM content.
• Over time, work on longer-form content such as blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, and content designed to be useful in AI search and answer engines.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and others for research, writing, outreach, reporting, and workflow improvement.
• Learn when different AI models and tools work better for different tasks.
• Test new messaging, channels, tools, and campaign ideas as you gain experience.
• Eventually build straightforward automations to reduce repetitive GTM work.
