Job Title: Staff Nurse – Homecare

Department: Homecare

Job Objective
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care at the patient’s home.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, satisfaction, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care as per patient requirements and prescribed care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, cardiac status, and pulse oximetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
• Conduct/assist with investigations as required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
• Identify and respond appropriately to emergencies and patient safety concerns.
• Follow infection control,



patient safety, and clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, medication, and health management.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and the healthcare team.
• Report changes in patient condition, incidents, and other concerns promptly.
• Maintain skilled conduct and demonstrate teamwork and accountability.

Qualification

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid Nursing Registration
• Relevant homecare/clinical experience preferred
