Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SFCC QA candidate with 10+ years of experience in software testing and strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFCC. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading QA teams, drive test strategy, and delivering high-quality eCommerce applications. Experience in automation testing, API testing, and Agile environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
• Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.
• Validate SFCC Business Manager configurations, including catalogs, promotions, pricing, checkout, and order management workflows.
• Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Playwright and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API and integration testing for OMS, payment gateways,



and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful releases.
• Mentor QA engineers, manage defect triage, and provide quality metrics and release sign-offs.

Required Skills
• Strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or TestNG.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Knowledge in API automation using REST Assured, Postman,
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows including catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, and payments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
