About the Role:
The Lead Power Systems Engineer with solid experience in high-voltage electrical systems, protection schemes, and power system studies. Skilled in load flow,



short circuit, relay coordination, voltage regulation, and protection setting calculations for utility and renewable energy projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and review a wide range of power system studies including Load Flow, Short Circuit Analysis, Voltage Regulation, Relay Coordination, and Protection Setting calculations.
• Develop and validate protection schemes for high-voltage electrical assets such as Power Transformers, Transmission lines, Busbars, and Cables. Ensure reliable and selective system protection for diverse grid scenarios.
• Should Perform Arc Flash Analysis and implement mitigation strategies aligned with safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to deliver technically sound and compliant solutions.
• Ensure all designs and studies adhere to relevant international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) as well as country-specific uti
