About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Retail Leasing & Events professional who can drive retail leasing, tenant acquisition, brand partnerships, and on-ground events for our retail commercial property.
The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to identify and close potential retail, F&B;, service, and entertainment brands while also planning and executing events and activations that increase footfall and engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Leasing
• Identify and approach potential tenants across F&B;, retail, pharmacy, salon, fitness, services, entertainment, and lifestyle categories.
• Generate and manage leasing leads from prospecting to closure.
• Develop relationships with brands, retailers, franchise owners, brokers, and local business owners.
• Conduct market research to identify new and emerging brands suitable for the property.
• Coordinate site visits, commercial discussions, negotiations, LOIs,



and documentation.
• Maintain a robust leasing pipeline and regularly report progress against targets.
• Work closely with internal teams on commercial terms, fit-outs, possession, and tenant onboarding.
• Monitor competitor properties, rentals, tenant mix, and market trends.

Events & Activations
• Plan and execute events, flea markets, food festivals, exhibitions, weekend activities, cultural events, and brand activations.
• Identify and coordinate with event agencies, vendors, brands, sponsors, and stall partners.
• Develop concepts to increase footfall, customer engagement, and visibility of the property.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, permissions, timelines, and execution.
• Identify opportunities for sponsorships and paid stalls/activations to generate additional revenue.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for event promotion across digital, social media, and on-ground channels.
