Who We Are Looking For

An experienced leader for our Global Markets – Static Data team responsible for managing a team of client and market reference data specialists providing end to end operations support to our global front office and middle office teams. Should possess extensive knowledge and experience on securities, counterparties, settlement instructions, rates, products, and related financial attributes

This role involves a mix of data stewardship, people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process enhancement. Will require to work closely with Global Markets’ Business teams, Functional teams, Business Risk, Compliance and Technology teams on day to day basis to ensure seamless BAU.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Static Data Management

• Oversee Static Data teams and daily requests ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct periodic data audits, identify discrepancies, and initiate remediations.

Team Leadership & Governance

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists—handling performance, staffing, and coaching.
• Define and enforce data governance policies, quality controls, and SOPs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Payments, Trade, Middle Office, Complianc
