Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualized one-on-one speech and language therapy to children with speech, language, communication, and feeding concerns.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based speech-language interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, occupational therapists, and educators, to support holistic client outcomes.
• Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and modify therapy plans as needed to ensure continued development.
• Educate, train, and support parents and caregivers with strategies to reinforce communication skills in everyday environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children and families.
• Passion for supporting children with developmental and communication challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Additional Requirements
• Experience working with the pediatric population is preferred.
• Willingness to work in an in office therapy environment supporting children and families.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Speech-Language Pathology.
