Role Description The Wealth RM Sales role at Kotak Neo is a full-time, on-site position based in Kottayam. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of wealth management clients,
understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment and wealth solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. The Wealth RM Sales professional will coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service, prepare and present financial proposals, and track sales performance against targets. The role also includes providing basic training and guidance to clients on digital tools and platforms, and supporting internal training initiatives as needed.
