Role Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our market share in the premium building materials sector. You will drive both retail and project-based sales of high-quality uPVC and aluminum doors and windows. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships with key influencers like architects, builders, and contractors, guiding clients through technical specifications,



and consistently hitting sales targets.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in Panaji, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. This role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting ABR Engitech’s powder coating solutions to industrial and consumer clients. The specialist will conduct market research, support marketing campaigns, prepare proposals, and participate in client meetings and product demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, maintaining sales records, and tracking performance against targets. The role also includes developing and delivering product and service training materials for clients and internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and marketing processe
