Liberty India is a Panipat-based manufacturer and exporter of carpets, rugs and flooring, with our own production facility and the Tapise brand. We are building our domestic institutional and project business and are hiring a Manager to drive commercial sales across Delhi NCR and Haryana.

• Cinemas and entertainment venues
• Builders, developers and contractors
• Corporate offices and commercial projects

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and close institutional and project orders from lead to payment




• Get our products specified by architects and interior designers on live projects
• Study drawings and requirements, prepare BOQs and quotations, and negotiate pricing
• Conduct site visits, measurements coordination and client presentations
• Follow up consistently on tenders, approvals, samples and pending orders
• Coordinate with the factory on sampling, customisation, production and installation timelines
• Build a strong project pipeline and report on leads, quotes and closures

Requirements
• Proven project / institutional sales experience with a track record of closing commercial orders
• Background in flooring, carpets, tiles, laminates, wallcoverings, sanitaryware, commercial interiors, furniture or similar building/interior products
• Existing network of architects, designers, contractors and project clients in Delhi NCR / Haryana (strongly preferred)
• Comfortable with BOQs, quotations, costing and commercial negotiation
