? Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing and collections
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports
• Manage cash flow, budgets and financial forecasting
• Monitor event-wise revenue, expenses and profitability
• Handle bank reconciliations and financial documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banking partners
• Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliance




• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decisions

? Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance
• Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the events, conferences, media or B2B industry will be an added advantage
