Role Description
We are looking for a Fashion Design Consultant to manage the end-to-end customer experience at Truzee.
This is a highly client-facing, design-led, and target-driven role. You will interact with customers online through calls, WhatsApp, and video consultations, as well as assist customers visiting our store.
You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending the right Truzee products, guiding them on styling and fit, converting enquiries into orders, and ensuring a smooth experience from the first interaction to final delivery.
Alongside customer consultations, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to Truzee’s product development by studying market trends,



identifying customer preferences, and designing current samples.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Consultation & Sales
• Attend and respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, calls, video consultations, and in-store appointments
• Understand the customer’s occasion, personal style, budget, requirements, and timelines
• Recommend suitable Truzee products based on the customer’s needs
• Guide customers on styling, silhouettes, colours, fit, and overall look
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Take ownership of your sales contribution and conversion performance

Styling & Product Guidance
• Help customers select the right styles for weddings, festive occasions, and events
• Provide informed advice on silhouettes, fabrics, colours, fit, and styling
• Build strong product knowledge across the Truzee colle
