Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Content Distribution & Engagement Executive whose entire job is getting Indexed placed out there through every digital channel — this is an outreach and placement role, not a content-creation or writing role.
The philosophy behind this role is “borrowed audience before owned”: the win is Indexed's name appearing on someone else's platform — a guest post, a podcast slot, a partnership placement, a press or newsletter mention — not on our own. You'll write pitches that actually get a yes, not templated outreach, and you'll own our organic presence and engagement on LinkedIn, X,



and Reddit/communities as distribution and relationship-building, not content production. This is a high-volume, consistency-driven role — a daily pitching and engagement habit, not a campaign that starts and stops.
What You'll DoPitch and place Indexed everywhere
• Pitch Indexed for guest posts, podcast guest slots, partnership placements, and press/newsletter mentions across every relevant digital channel
• Write pitches built to get a yes — tailored to the outlet or host, not templated outreach

Own organic presence as distribution, not production
• Show up daily on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit/communities, engaging genuinely to build the relationships that make the next pitch land
• Treat this presence as relationship-building and distribution infrastructure, not as a content-production responsibility
