We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Developer – FinTech / Trading
Are you a backend engineer who enjoys building high-performance, reliable systems and solving complex engineering problems?
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build the core infrastructure powering order placement, trade management, position tracking, broker integrations, and real-time market systems.
What You’ll Do• Build and maintain backend services for order placement,



trade management & position tracking
• Integrate with stockbroker APIs and third-party financial systems
• Build resilient systems that continue operating when external APIs are slow, unavailable, or unreliable
• Work with real-time market data and WebSocket feeds
• Design database schemas and write efficient queries using PostgreSQL & MongoDB
• Build backend services for payments, subscriptions, user onboarding & internal tools
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs, webhooks & integrations
• Debug and resolve production issues, including during live market hours
• Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes rather than temporary workarounds
• Work closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps and other engineering teams
What We’re Looking For• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
• Robust understanding of concurrency, multithreading & distributed systems
