Role: Sales Executive / Inside Sales

Vande Wellness is looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is focused on managing customer communication, outbound sales activities, and converting qualified inquiries into consultations, programs, and other Vande Wellness services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers in the United States and have excellent English communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.

Oversee and manage agent outbound calling activities and ensure leads are followed up consistently.

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and respond to inquiries promptly.

Communicate with prospects and customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Understand customer requirements and guide them toward appropriate Vande Wellness services, consultations, programs, and offerings.

Follow up with leads consistently until they are converted or appropriately closed.





Take responsibility for lead conversion and sales generation.

Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams when customers require additional information or assistance.

Identify opportunities to reconnect with previous leads and customers.

Meet individual sales and conversion targets.

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

What We Are Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English is required.

Clear, confident, and professional telephone communication.

An American or neutral international accent is preferred due to regular communication with US customers.

Previous experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, customer service, lead conversion, or business development is preferred.

Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
