We’re Hiring: Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing

About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands influencer ecosystems end-to-end and can independently manage campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, a performance mindset, and the ability to work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution
•
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Translate briefs into actionable influencer strategies focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple platforms.

• Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management
•
• Identify, evaluate,



and onboard influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
• Work with a wide spectrum of creators—from nano and micro influencers to macro and celebrity talent.
• Build and maintain solid working relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.

• Content Coordination & Quality Control
•
• Share clear campaign briefs and creative guidelines with influencers.
• Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, platform best practices, and campaign goals.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting
•
• Track campaign performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.).
• Analyse data to identify what worked, what didn’t, and optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and ROI highlights.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media,
