About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented skilled to join Zvest Financial Services LLP as an Associate – Client Relations & Business Development.
The role will involve working closely with the Partners of the firm, interacting with clients and prospects, supporting business development initiatives, managing a set of client relationships, and coordinating with various financial institutions and other relevant entities to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with and shadow the Partners of the firm to coordinate client servicing and business development.
• Interact with existing and prospective clients through meetings, calls and other communication channels.
• Schedule and coordinate client and prospect appointments.
• Support the Partners in business development and sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain corporate relationships and corporate tie-ups.




• Manage and maintain a designated set of client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant entities such as AMCs, registrars, banks, insurance companies and other service providers for end-to-end closure of client requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution of pending client-related matters.
• Maintain proper records and follow-ups for client interactions, business opportunities and ongoing requirements.
• Use AI tools and technology effectively to improve productivity, research, communication and client servicing.
• Contribute to achieving the firm's business development and sales objectives.
