Role Description The Architect role at Pranavika Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and ensuring designs align with client requirements, budget, and regulatory standards.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and interior designers; conducting site visits; reviewing construction progress; and resolving design-related issues. The Architect will also collaborate on material selection, prepare presentations for clients, and support integration of design solutions with construction and interior work.



This role requires close communication with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high design quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional and aesthetic designs for construction and interiors.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural designs and other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design for seamless execution.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts as applied to architecture tools or workflows is a plus, including use of design and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes relevant to Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and project teams.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
