Avillion Farms is looking for an experienced Architect – Interior & Exterior to work on luxury farmhouse, villa, rooftop and outdoor design projects. The ideal candidate should be strong in 2D/3D AutoCAD, architectural detailing, feet & inches, GFC drawings and onsite execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop luxury farmhouse and villa interior/exterior concepts.
- Prepare accurate 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details and GFC/working drawings.
- Work on rooftop, terrace, façade, outdoor and landscape-related architectural elements. Resedential and Luxury Farm House
- Prepare drawings using accurate feet & inches measurements.
- Convert design concepts into practical, executable drawings.
- Coordinate with 3D visualizers, interior designers, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits, verify measurements and site conditions.
- Resolve design and drawing issues during execution.
- Prepare revisions based on site requirements and project changes.
- Ensure the approved design is properly implemented onsite.

Mandatory Qualification

- B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience – Mandatory
