Role Summary

Lead architectural design and detailing for Pharma and FMCG industrial projects. Manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with statutory and quality standards.

What Youll Do

- Develop master plans for industrial sites, including site analysis, zoning, accessibility, and compliance with statutory and safety requirements
- Create architectural design concepts for industrial, steel, and office buildings
- Prepare concept, detailed, statutory approval, and construction drawings
- Prepare technical specifications, bill of quantities, and cost estimates
- Lead detailing for RCC and steel buildings, process/non-process buildings, and warehouses
- Conduct quality checks, quality assurance, and participate in review meetings
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP,



and other disciplines for clash checking and project delivery
- Manage site RFI clarifications and travel to job sites as required
- Take ownership of project detailing and lead tasks independently

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Expertise in AutoCAD
- Expertise in Revit Architecture
- Expertise in Lumion
- Proficiency in Navisworks
- Experience in BIM 360 platform, 3D model coordination, and clash checks
- Experience working with US, Euro, and Indian code detailing and standards
- Experience in Pharma and FMCG industrial projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Solid English communication skills
- Proactive, able to lead project detailing independently

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Architecture
