HMP Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced Architect to join our project team for a large greenfield development in KGF, Kolar.

The development includes an office building, cafeteria, staff residence, manufacturing facility, utilities and supporting site infrastructure. We are looking for a hands-on architect who can support architectural planning, design development, coordination, approvals and construction-stage execution across the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural planning and design development for different buildings within the project
- Preparation and review of architectural drawings, working drawings and construction details
- Site planning and coordination of different buildings and facilities
- Coordination with structural, civil, MEP, PEB and other consultants
- Review of consultant and contractor drawings
- Coordination of architectural requirements during construction




- Site visits and resolution of architectural and execution-related issues
- Ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and design intent
- Coordination with management, consultants, contractors and site teams
- Assistance with statutory approvals and building compliance requirements
- Review and coordination of materials, finishes, doors, windows, glazing and other architectural elements

Requirements

- B.Arch qualification
- Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience preparing architectural, working and construction drawings
- Good understanding of building construction and detailing
- Ability to coordinate with structural, civil and MEP teams
- Experience in commercial, residential, institutional or large development projects preferred
- Exposure to industrial buildings or PEB projects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an advantage
- Experience with statutory approvals and building regulations preferred
- Willingness to work closely with the project team in KGF, Kolar
