Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Architect with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Design Development

- Collaborate with senior architects and design team members on various projects.
- Assist in the development of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges.

Drafting and Documentation:

- Prepare drawings, renderings, and presentations using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
- Assist in the production of construction documents, including plans, sections, and details.
- Ensure drawings and documents comply with building codes and regulations.

Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and sustainability strategies.




- Assist in site analysis and feasibility studies for recent projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Project Coordination:

- Support project coordination efforts, including communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Attend project meetings and assist in taking meeting minutes and notes.
- Help track project progress and deadlines.

Quality Control:

- Participate in quality control reviews to ensure design integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material samples.

Professional Development:

- Take initiative in learning and expanding knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
- Seek mentorship and guidance from senior team members.
- Participate in training programs and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), BIM tools (e.g., Revit), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and design.
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills and relevant projects (academic or professional).
