Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Architect with strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, working/GFC drawings, BOQ and quantity take-offs, coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring smooth execution of projects as per approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and review GFC / construction drawings for site execution.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimations for architectural and civil works.
- Prepare item-wise quantities, specifications, and scope of work.
- Assist in rate analysis, cost estimation, and budget preparation.
- Verify quantities and measurements submitted by contractors/vendors.
- Coordinate with the billing/QS, civil, structural, MEP, and project execution teams.
- Review contractor quotations and assist in technical/commercial comparisons.
- Monitor project execution at site as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve architectural/construction-related issues.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Maintain drawing revisions, BOQ updates, specifications, and project documentation.




- Identify discrepancies between drawings, BOQ, and actual site execution and coordinate corrections.
- Support project teams in controlling material wastage and maintaining project cost and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, specifications, and project standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Arch. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture/construction.
- Strong experience in building construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural working/GFC drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Excel for BOQ and quantity calculations.
- Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / other design software will be an advantage.
- Robust understanding of construction materials, specifications, and execution methods.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Good understanding of civil and architectural works.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle architectural and BOQ-related responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in a construction company, real estate company, or contracting firm.
- Experience handling building projects from drawings through execution.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in BOQ + estimation + site coordination will be preferred.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or large-scale building projects is desirable.
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi-NCR preferred.
