We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and work on corporate and commercial interior design & build projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design, technical, and coordination skills and be comfortable working across projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, working drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams during execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress as required.
- Review drawings, BOQs, materials, and specifications for accuracy.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines,



and design requirements.
- Incorporate client feedback and coordinate revisions.
- Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design.
- Experience in corporate interiors, commercial projects, or design & build projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with SketchUp/Revit.
- Good understanding of materials, detailing, and construction processes.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹25,014.36 - ₹90,896.11 per month
