We are looking for experienced and motivated AR Callers – Physician Billing to join our US Healthcare RCM team. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and hands-on experience in Physician Billing are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling insurance follow-ups, claim status inquiries, denials, outstanding accounts, underpayments, and payment-related issues while working with US healthcare insurance providers.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1 to 3 years of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM.
- Hands-on experience in Physician Billing.
- Good understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Experience in insurance follow-up and claim status verification.
- Knowledge of denials, rejections, underpayments, and outstanding claims.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology and US insurance processes.
- Ability to analyze accounts and identify reasons for outstanding balances or claim issues.
- Willingness to work in a US Healthcare night shift.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-up.
- Check claim status and determine reasons for unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, and outstanding physician billing claims.




- Identify claim discrepancies and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Work on AR aging accounts and prioritize follow-ups based on account status.
- Verify insurance information and claim-related details as required.
- Document call details, claim updates, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resolution.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance and Physician Billing.
- Understanding of AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and claim resolution.
- Knowledge of physician billing workflows and claim processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working in a US Healthcare night-shift environment.
- Ability to handle insurance calls professionally and confidently.
