Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students in Vishakhapatnam.

Responsibilities include planning and structuring lesson plans, preparing practice questions and learning materials, and conducting interactive sessions, mock tests, and doubt-clearing discussions. The trainer will assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning levels and backgrounds.



The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators to align training with placement requirements and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the capability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Experience in classroom training, test-prep coaching, or skill-development programs for college or early-career learners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage large groups and encourage active participation.
- Ability to create structured lesson plans, practice sets, assessments, and performance reports using basic digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site academic environment in Vishakhapatnam and collaborating with faculty, coordinators, and placement teams.
- Prior experience with campus recruitment training, competitive exam coaching (e.g., CAT, bank exams), or aptitude test preparation is a plus.
- Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and a commitment to supporting diverse learners in achieving placement and career goals.
