Job Purpose
To generate new business, convert leads into admissions/sales, maintain strong prospect relationships, and consistently achieve assigned revenue and enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion
• Contact prospective students/customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Understand their requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Follow up systematically with interested prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions/sales.

Revenue & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
• Work towards fresh admissions as well as upgrade/upsell opportunities.
• Ensure timely collection of fees/payments from converted customers.

Customer Relationship Management
• Build professional relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Handle queries and objections effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees,



eligibility and processes.
• Ensure a positive experience throughout the sales journey.

Lead & CRM Management
• Update all calls, follow-ups, lead status and conversions in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects.
• Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
• Follow the defined lead-follow-up process.

Reporting
• Share daily sales activity and performance reports.
• Track calls, follow-ups, conversions, collections and pending prospects.
• Participate in daily/weekly sales reviews.

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in Education, EdTech, Training, or a related industry.
• Prior experience in team handling or leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
• Ability to manage both individual sales and team performance.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Excel
