About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Content who lives on the internet, thinks like a brand builder, and leads like a people-first operator.
You’ll own TETR’s entire content and social engine across channels, countries, programmes, and audiences. You’ll lead teams across Creative, YouTube, Production and Video, working closely with Marketing and Category teams to turn business priorities into content that builds brand, community, cultural relevance, and demand.

What You’ll Own:
• Own TETR’s content strategy across platforms, markets, programmes, and audiences.
• Build and scale the social ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Build content formats, IPs, and franchises that audiences recognise and engage with.




• Drive organic growth through strong hooks, storytelling, retention, shares, and community.
• Build YouTube into a serious long-form storytelling and audience-growth engine.
• Turn student experiences, entrepreneurship, global travel, and business-building into compelling stories.
• Build systems that enable students to participate in and create authentic content.
• Balance global storytelling with locally relevant content across markets.
• Use content performance and audience insights to continuously improve creative output.
• Lead and develop the Creative Director, YouTube Manager, Producers, and Video Editors.
• Build effective workflows across ideation, production, publishing, distribution, analytics, and iteration.

What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of experience across content, creative, social, digital media, entertainment, creator businesses, publishing, or brand storytelling.
• Experience working across both
