About Leena AI

Leena AI is the world's largest independent employee-facing Agentic AI company. Our platform lets employees get answers and get work done across every business system through a single conversation — cutting IT, HR, and finance ticket volume by around 70% at the enterprises that deploy us.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in New York, we serve 500+ customers across 90+ countries — including Nestlé, MongoDB, Coca-Cola, and Etihad Airways — with 200+ integrations and support for 100+ languages. We've raised $40M+ from Greycroft, Bessemer Venture Partners, B Capital, and Y Combinator.

The Role

You will be the person who decides what videos Leena AI makes.

There is no art director above you. Nobody hands you a storyboard, a style frame, or a brief that has already been thought through. You take a business problem — we need to own a recent category, this launch has to reach CIOs, our customer stories aren't traveling — and come back with what the video should be, what it looks like, and how it gets seen.

That means the whole line: the idea, the narrative,

the art direction, the animation and the edit, and the distribution plan that puts it in front of the right people. If any one of those reads as somebody else's job, this is not the right role.

We are not hiring a pair of hands. We can buy execution. What we cannot buy is someone who treats this like their own business — who watches what is landing in the market, notices what our competitors do well, and walks in saying "here are three videos we should make this quarter, here is why each matters commercially, and here is how each one travels."

If your instinct is to wait for a brief, you will be underused here. If your instinct is to argue for the thing you think we should make, you will have more room than most companies will ever give you.
