About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development qualified with strong experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Cybersecurity to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, Information Security, Cybersecurity solutions, and experience in selling IT services or technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in GRC & Cybersecurity.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, Risk & Compliance leaders, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and position suitable GRC, Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance solutions.




• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and solution discussions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and RFP/RFI responses in coordination with technical teams.
• Work closely with delivery and technical teams to understand solutions and prepare customized client offerings.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
• Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in GRC and Cybersecurity.

Required Skills
• 2–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B IT Sales / Technology Sales.
• Strong experience in selling GRC, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, or Information Security solutions.
