Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Head – North India to lead our sales efforts across the northern region.
Based in Chandigarh, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving room revenue, corporate business, MICE, travel trade and strategic account development across our portfolio, while supporting new hotel openings and strengthening Eight Continents’ market presence across North India.
Key Responsibilities• Lead regional sales strategy for North India
• Drive revenue across corporate, MICE, travel trade, leisure and group segments
• Develop and manage key corporate accounts, TMCs, travel agents, DMCs and institutional clients
• Create and execute regional sales action plans in line with hotel budgets and commercial objectives
• Support individual hotels in achieving occupancy, ADR and revenue targets
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, roadshows and market visits
• Build strong business relationships across Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR and other key North Indian feeder markets




• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments
• Work closely with Hotel GMs, Corporate Operations, Revenue and Marketing teams
• Support pre-opening and newly signed hotels with sales activation and market penetration
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports
• Ensure disciplined account management and follow-up across the region
• Represent Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts at trade events, exhibitions and industry networking platforms
• Support cross-selling across the Eight Continents portfolio in India and internationally
