Job Description:-
• To provide round the clock clinical care and monitor admitted patients and coordinate treatment plans with senior consultants.
• To conduct daily ward rounds ,assess patient vitals and excite treatment plans as per the senio consultant order.
• Also attend emergencies and stabalize the same.
• To maintain active documentation as per the statutory protocols .
• To coordinate and communicate with the supportive staff.
• Monitor patients’ clinical condition and vital signs.
• Conduct regular patient rounds and assessments.
• Provide immediate medical care during emergencies.
• Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants.
• Coordinate with nurses, consultants, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and referrals.
• Respond promptly to patient and attendant concerns.
