About the Role




HomeLane is looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to lead Meta Ads campaigns and contribute across digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Facebook and Instagram ads, as well as a solid grasp of lead generation funnels across various platforms. You’ll be a key player in scaling campaigns, optimising cost per lead, and improving conversion outcomes.
This role is suited for someone who can drive Meta strategy end-to-end while aligning with broader performance goals across paid media.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns from strategy to execution, across the full funnel – awareness, consideration, and conversion.
● Own audience strategies including interest-based targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting to improve lead quality and CPL.
● Work with creative, content, and category teams to build high-impact ad sets customized for cities and personas.
● Test and optimize creatives, ad copy,
