About us
SVS Buildwel is an 18-year-old fire safety and ELV systems company — ~₹42 crore turnover, 70+ people, delivering to government, PSU, metro, railway and institutional clients across India. We manufacture under our own Firetrex brand and execute through our own EPC channel.
We are now launching Birdseye, our own CCTV and video surveillance brand, with BIS-ER and STQC certification held in our name.
Why this role is different
At a large brand you would be one product manager among many, maintaining a mature range. Here you own a brand from day one — the specification strategy, the competitive positioning, the technical narrative, all of it. You will build something and see it in the market inside twelve months, in a company that already has the customers and the delivery capability to put it there.
What you will do
• Own deep technical knowledge of the Birdseye range — cameras, NVR, VMS — and be the person the whole company comes to for a product answer




• Track competitor products in detail: CP Plus, Prama Hikvision, Sparsh, Matrix, Vivotek, Honeywell and others — features, specifications, price positioning, and where we win
• Write technical specifications and BOQs, and work with consultants so that our specification is the one that gets into the tender
• Support the sales team on system design, technical objections, product comparisons and customer presentations
• Build and maintain product collateral: datasheets, comparison matrices, compliance dossiers (BIS-ER, STQC, RDSO, local content)
• Own product costing and margin analysis at SKU level, and work with our manufacturing partner on component-level cost
• Support RDSO product qualification for railway and metro applications
• Guide product roadmap — which models we add, which features matter, what the market is asking for

What we are looking for
• 5–8 years in video surveillance or electronic secur
