Jade Bioscience Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated skilled to join our Genotoxicology Department as a Study Director.

Position: Study Director – Genotoxicology
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting and managing genotoxicity studies, particularly:
• Bacterial Reverse Mutation Test (Ames Test)
• In Vitro Mammalian Cell Micronucleus Test (In Vitro MNT)
• In Vitro Mammalian Chromosomal Aberration Test (In Vitro CA Test)

Key Experience & Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience in cell culture handling and maintenance
• Planning, execution, monitoring, and interpretation of genotoxicity studies
• Preparation and review of Study Plans/Protocols and Study Reports
• Preparation, review, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Experience in method/study validation and standardization




• Knowledge of instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and laboratory equipment management
• Strong understanding of data integrity, raw data review, documentation, and traceability
• Ability to perform scientific data interpretation and evaluation of study results
• Experience in identifying and resolving technical issues through effective troubleshooting
• Experience in documentation and coordination related to Institutional Human Ethics Committee approval for the collection and use of human blood samples in in vitro studies
• Good understanding of applicable OECD guidelines and GLP requirements
• Ability to independently coordinate studies and work effectively with Quality Assurance and other laboratory functions
• Good scientific writing, communication, and documentation skills
Candidates with strong technical knowledge and practical experience in in-vitro genotoxicity testing and cell culture-based assays will be preferred.
