Who will you be working with?

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end payroll services across Australia and New Zealand, partnering closely with the broader Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.

The role is responsible for managing the administrative and transactional aspects of Human Resources, ensuring payroll operations run efficiently and seamlessly. This includes maintaining employee data, processing payroll transactions, administering perks, supporting compliance activities, ensuring data integrity, and responding to employee payroll-related inquiries.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners to support a positive employee experience through the delivery of consistent, efficient, and compliant HR and payroll practices. The team operates within the Global HR model, ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, and local employment legislation.

In addition, the Payroll team collaborates with multiple Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition,



HR Operations, Compensation & Perks, and Legal, to support and continuously improve HR and payroll processes, driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

As a trusted payroll qualified, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and statutory requirements, and support a seamless employee experience. Working closely with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers, you will drive payroll accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Run end to end ANZ payroll for multiple legal entities/ multiple cycles;
• Attending basic changes to employee Masterfile data and payroll files;
• Assisting in documentation of all key payroll related procedures with periodic rev
