About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Technical Recruiter – APAC to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in technical/IT recruitment across APAC markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, and Southeast Asia.
This role is best suited for an out-of-the-box talent sourcer who can independently identify and engage hard-to-find technical talent across multiple countries and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
The successful candidate should be a strong passive-candidate sourcer who can build talent pipelines using multiple channels rather than relying solely on traditional job portals.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment across APAC markets.
• Source technical candidates across Singapore, Malaysia, India, China,



and Southeast Asia.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche, specialised, and hard-to-find technical profiles.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray search, social media, qualified communities, referrals, job boards, talent databases, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative and unconventional sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines across multiple APAC geographies.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research for specific technology skills and locations.
• Develop a strong understanding of APAC talent pools, candidate availability, compensation expectations, notice periods, work authorisation, and local recruitment practices.
• Conduct initial candidate screening against technical, functional, geographical, compensation, and eligibility requirements.
