Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients interested in rooftop solar solutions, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on inquiries and leads.



Responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding energy requirements, presenting tailored solar proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The role involves coordinating closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure accurate quotations and smooth project execution, as well as maintaining strong post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. The Sales Executive will also prepare sales reports, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and support promotional campaigns and events.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and consultative selling.
• Experience with B2C and/or B2B sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical
