Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager with experience in B2B
sales, enterprise account hunting, and account management. The Account Manager will be
responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, hunting new enterprise
accounts, building strong business relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling
opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and understand their business
requirements.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs,



challenges, and business objectives.
• Ensure timely communication and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.

Enterprise Account Hunting & New Business Development
• Identify and hunt for new enterprise-level B2B accounts across target industries and
segments.
• Research and map key enterprise accounts, decision-makers, CXOs, HR leaders, and other
stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach,
networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective enterprise clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Develop account strategies to penetrate new enterprise accounts and convert prospects into
long-term clients.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal
closure.
