About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketer to build our social presence from zero to one. Our page is only days old, and our brand launch is around the corner, so you will shape how we show up online from the very first post: the content, the creators, the campaigns and the community. You will report to our Brand Marketing Lead and work closely with the founders and our creative partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our Instagram presence from the ground up, and extend into current platforms as we scale.
• Build and run a social strategy that genuinely resonates with Gen Z women.
• Plan and manage the content calendar end to end.
• Concept and shoot reels, stories and short-form video, and handle basic edits in-house.
• Identify, onboard and manage fashion, lifestyle and micro-influencers who fit the brand.
• Run influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation through content approvals and delivery.
• Write captions, hooks and campaign copy in a distinct brand voice.
