Working in-line with SSgA’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, factsheets and new template designs as per the business requirements

What You Will Be Responsible For

Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy

Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy

Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary

Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure

Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline

Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and Powerpoint

Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task





Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)

Willingness to work in shifts

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Basic Understanding of Asset Management

Secondary Skills (Positive To Have)

Proficiency in formatting and templating skill in Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) is an added advantage
