Objectives:

· Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end technical recruiting lifecycle, ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring experience.
· Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting: Implement innovative IT recruitment and headhunting strategies to source niche technical talent for consulting, permanent, contract-to-hire, and Statement of Work (SOW) positions.
· Relationship Management: Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with candidate pipelines, serving as their dedicated career agent.
