Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and cutting-edge RGM Lead Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role leads the design and delivery of an integrated Revenue Growth Management (RGM) decision engine that operates at the PPG/retailer level and connects insights to actions across the entire value chain. You will help our CPG and retail clients turn data into decisions across business diagnosis, shopper understanding, availability, assortment, price-pack architecture, pricing and promotions, retail execution, and value realization — powering their Annual Business Planning (ABP) and Joint Business Planning (JBP) cycles.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and consultants to develop and deploy advanced analytics that power an end-to-end RGM solution while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Drive business diagnosis by building category health, competitor, promotion / flyer-feature, rolling retailer-profit,
and innovation-performance analyses that identify winners and drainers and answer "how is the business doing?"
• Translate shopper understanding into commercial action through occasion analysis and pack-switching studies that reveal who is buying, why, and what they need.
• Strengthen availability and replenishment with demand forecasting that improves fill rate and reduces out-of-stocks, ensuring the plan can satisfy demand.
• Optimize shelf and assortment through SKU prioritization and white-space detection to define what should be on the shelf and where unaddressed growth exists.
• Design price-pack architecture using PPA and pack analytics, pack-and-mix optimization, trade-up and cannibalization analysis, and mix-and-margin simulation to determine which packs should win were.
