Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and build long term relationships with HNIs and prospective luxury home buyers
• Conduct personalized property walkthroughs, highlighting premium features, craftsmanship, and lifestyle benefits
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies for exclusive luxury listings
• Negotiate and close high value residential transactions with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain strong working relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Track market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory developments within the luxury residential segment




• Organize and host curated property viewings, invitation only events, and private client engagements
• Represent the Colliers brand with the highest standards of integrity, service excellence, and client confidentiality

Preferred Candidate Profile
• 2-5 years of success in luxury sales, premium real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end automotive sales.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai luxury residential market.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close high-value transactions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
